My journey as a therapist began with a deep curiosity about how people connect with themselves and others. This passion led me to earn a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. My family means the world to me. From my husband John to our adorable dog Halle, my loved ones are my greatest treasure. Raised in Kansas City (I’m the oldest of four!), I've always valued family connections. Their unwavering support keeps me grounded and inspired.

Baking is my creative escape. I love experimenting with different flavor combinations, like spiced cake with espresso buttercream or a chocolate s'mores cake with a brown butter graham cracker crust. That’s fun for me. Sharing my creations with family and friends makes baking truly special.

Nature is my sanctuary - it nurtures my soul. I enjoy camping, hiking, and fishing, with Colorado being a top spot. The thrill of witnessing wildlife in its natural environment and exploring various terrains, plants, and animals across the country and worldwide is deeply fulfilling.
